It's not a secret that Turkey have been one of the main source of support for the Crimean Tatar people after theirs return home. In this regard, there are a lot of repeatedly criticisms to the Turkey and Crimean Tatars from Ukrainian and Russian editions. Allegedly, the latter supported from abroad. Instead, the objectivity of such development is due not only historical but also contemporary factors.

In the complex of land problems of Crimea there are three most important aspects.
They are:

3. Failure of government legislation that guarantees every citizen the right to the land.
